Chef Matt Abergel of Hong Kong's Michelin-starred Yardbird cooks at Bessie's for one night only. Expect kanpachi tartare, sweet corn tempura, yakitori and a few dishes made just for Sydney, finished with an ice-cream sanga. Walk-ins welcome at the front bar, Alma's. Bookings essential from 5.30pm to 9pm; seats are strictly limited.
